We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in good condition.

• Once you place an order, we will update you each step of the way including when to expect delivery with a shipment confirmation email.
• The order will be shipped from our doorstep in 10-30 working days depending on the work involved. For overseas shipment delivery time may vary.
• All our orders will be shipped through reliable and reputed courier services, by road, train or air.
• Usually it takes 5 – 7 business days for the customer to receive the products, after they are shipped from our design studio. (depending on the location/region)
• We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• In some countries, Custom duty or some Local taxes are applicable on overseas shipments. The amount paid to us does not include these extra charges or duties or taxes which may be applied at the time of receiving the shipment by local customs department. If any such charges are applicable in your country, it will be directly billed to you by the courier company.
• Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package, the delivery location and shipping speed. 
• Please note that Puneet Gupta Invitations is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen issues outside of our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
